event gathering over 700 preselected
Mozambican candidates.
Aiming at capturing Mozambican talent
and being a reference company in the
market, Mota-Engil with its presence
tried to make known its constant bet
in Mozambican staff as well as internal
initiatives related with training and
career development areas.
The 700-plus Mozambican candidates
present gained access to the forum
after a thorough pre-selection process
carried out by the Elite recruitment
team that, after receiving the
vacancies of each one of the companies
present,
began
screening
the
3,000-plus candidates registered.
As soon as the candidates were
identified as suitable to at least one
of the companies present, Elite's
electronic system sent an individual
and non-transferable invitation so that
the candidate could attend the event.
By attending this event, Mota-Engil
Moçambique hopes to capitalize the
contacts made within its strategy of
targeting local staff and investing in
their training and development, in
order to guarantee a qualified and
ready for the market's future challenges
human resources structure.
