MOTA-ENGIL GROUP SUPPORTS
INTERNATIONAL PIANO COMPETITION
The initiative has been taking place since 2011 and is already one of the most important cultural events in South America.
The Manuel António da Mota Foundation and Mota‐Engil Peru supported the fourth edition of the Frédéric Chopin International Piano Competition.
This initiative, organised every two years by the National Music Conservatory of Peru, the Embassy of Poland in Lima and the Philharmonic Society, is the most prestigious piano competition in South America, and has been taking place
since 2011.

“BUILDING SMILES”
Over 40 volunteers from Mota‐Engil Peru participated
of the Winners of the 4th Frédéric Chopin International Piano Competition was held in the Auditorium of Colégio Santa Úrsula.
This competition is an important cultural initiative sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign A airs of the Republic of Poland, by the Ministry of Foreign A airs of Peru and by the Frédéric Chopin University of Music, in Warsaw, and has become one of most important and anticipated musical events in the region.

MOTA-ENGIL PERU’S EMPLOYEES
IN VOLUNTEER ACTIONS
The “Building Smiles” project consists of the construction of a community centre and in the organisation of multiple activities for the families.
Mota‐Engil Peru, the Manuel António
da Mota Foundation and the Techo Peru organisation joined forces to promote the “Building Smiles” volunteer initiative, which consisted of the construction of
a community centre for the residents
of AA.HH (Humedales de Ventanilla), located in the district of Ventanilla.
Over 40 volunteers from Mota‐Engil Peru participated actively, providing
support in the module’s di erent construction, implementation and adaptation tasks, as well as in the organisation of nutrition and guidance workshops for parents.
At the end of the day, gifts were distributed, bringing great joy to the more than 260 children in the community.
