con 885 m2, 8 aulas incluyendo la estructura de conexión del edificio construido en la Fase 1.
El requisito de la construcción rápida de este programa exige la adopción de soluciones prefabricadas de hormigón armado para toda la estructura, con paredes autoportantes y losas de centro hueco (hollow core) para poder cumplir con los plazos previstos.
LOTE 4 - ST. FRANCIS SCHOOL
Este proyecto se ubica en Portloaise, Co Laois, en la región central de la República de Irlanda.
El Lote 4 consiste en el diseño y construcción total del edificio de una escuela primaria de 2 pisos, con 12 aulas para alumnos con necesidades especiales con una superficie de 2.912 m2, incluidos todos los trabajos

de instalación mecánica y eléctrica, movimientos de suelo, arreglos exteriores y aparcamiento con capacidad para
44 vehículos. También está prevista la demolición del edificio de la escuela existente.
La ejecución total de la obra tendrá una duración de 52 semanas.
En este proyecto también existe el requisito del plazo rápido, lo que
resulta en la adopción de soluciones prefabricadas en hormigón armado para toda la estructura, para poder cumplir con los plazos previstos.
