Hotel Achat, a turnkey contract developed by Mota-Engil Real Estate in Hungary, has opened. This four-star hotel belongs to the German hotel chain Achat.

It features 130 soundproof rooms with air conditioning and modern furniture, Five two-foor suites, a restaurant, a bar lounge with a summer balcony, three multifunctional meeting and conference rooms and covered parking.

Mota-Engil Real Estate is responsible for the prestigious project the Pearl of Ruźinov, in Slovakia. This multifunctional building for residence and commerce is located in the centre of Bratislava and comprises four residential towers (Diamond, Emerald, Ruby

and Sapphire) – each of them with an independent communication centre – and a ffth administrative tower (Platinum).

Separated at functional and physical level, the towers have the garages and a two-foor garden fower bed with a shopping gallery in common. Round the clock reception and security services are yet another feature of this ambitious urban residential building.

Note that the Diamond tower has been completed and the Platinum tower is expected to be completed half way through this year. The building is already being marketed.
