Mota-Engil Real Estate concluded
recentently its seventh residential project,
Devonská Barrandov, in the Prague
neighbourhood of the same name, and
the construction executed by Mota-Engil,
took place according to schedule.

four room flats with kitchenette.

The Devonská Project, the 7
th
residential real estate project in
the Czech Republic, near the city
of Prague, is having an excellent
market acceptance
of space for storage. Most of them have
a balcony or terrace, while the ground
floor flats have yards.
Greenery is an important part of the
entire residential complex. There is
also a small park with a playground
between the buildings and, thanks to
the climbing plants, the green walls
of the underground garages rise
above ground level due to the ground
inclination. There are 156 parking
spots prepared in the garages. The
parking and technical facilities are the
same for both buildings.
