According to Santos, “the investment
in RFID provided returns in various
ways, for both the terminal itself and
the customer. In a limited market,
the difference between competitors
is mainly in the quality of the service
provided. Ours is an automated service
with RFID identification, highly
organised, rapid and with a high degree
of availability which is very important
to our customers. This kind of service
allows our customers to have greater
flexibility in dealing with transport
businesses and to tightly manage their
fleets and ensure the monitoring of the
product”.
