The Manuel António da Mota Foundation, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Portugal, inaugurated another home,
a total renovation in Vila Caiz, in the municipality of Amarante.
The Foundation’s commitment predominantly involves an annual
subsidy intended to support the institution’s structural costs in the municipality of Amarante, in some cases also financing the homes’ reconstruction costs, along with the mobilisation of volunteers from the Mota‐Engil Group to participate in the reconstruction work and the supply of construction materials.
The Foundation joined this partnership seeking to enable the construction
or renovation of homes for families
in need in the municipality
of Amarante, a territory to which Mota‐Engil is linked by strong symbolic and institutional ties.
