Fulfilled 70 years of history, EGF has a business path of excellence and today it is a European company of reference in the environmental sector and leader in the treatment and valorization of waste in Portugal.
EGF treats 3.3 million tonnes of urban waste per year, produced by 6.3 million people in 174 municipalities. Within EGF it is possible to guarantee the valorization of waste in the most sustainable way in its various areas of action, ensuring demanding environmental standards, exemplary social practices and value creation, positioning the company as a lighthouse of innovation and environmental reference.
