The building, located a few meters
from Parque Eduardo VII, consists
of four underground floors and 13 above‐ground floors, with a roof terrace, and has two blocks – the main one facing Rua Castilho with 13 floors
(with three‐bedroom apartments), and another facing Rua Padre António
Vieira, which reaches the 8th floor (with two‐ and three‐bedroom apartments).
The work began about a year ago and is expected to be completed by the end of January next year. This is a challenging work because it requires
a large quantity of demolitions, among
consisting of the conversion of an office building, built at the end of the 1970s, into 20 high quality apartments, resulting from a thorough renovation of the original building.
