legal procedures, Mota‐Engil recently signed a new public works contract, this time for the modernisation of
the Soyo Naval Facilities, in northern Angola.
The contract amounts to 270 million euros and includes the execution
of three main activities: dredging, construction of piers and buildings and infrastructure.
The confirmation of this contract’s award is thus another relevant example of the commercial dynamics of Mota‐Engil in Africa, and specifically in Angola, with this country continuing to assert itself as a central pillar of the Group’s development.
