THE CHALLENGE
In view of the execution period of only 14 months and the challenge of delivering 582 completed rooms in almost one year, the supply of 444 prefabricated bathrooms was chosen.
This solution enabled reducing labour, waste and, most importantly, the execution period, since the bathrooms come completely finished (with sanitary ware, mirrors, taps, ceramics) only
requiring putting them in their locations pre‐defined in the project.
This solution enabled completing 444 bathrooms in just three months.
In order to complete the remaining works within the proposed deadlines, it was decided to divide the work into several different work fronts with different teams, which resulted in an average load of 200 workers per day on site.
