MOTA-ENGIL CENTRAL EUROPE WITH NEW CONTRACTS IN POLAND
CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS HAVE STARTED IN GDAŃSK AND WARSAW.

ECE has recently started work on two new contracts, the first of which is the result of a
for the 341 rooms, doubles and singles, each equipped with WC and kitchenette. On the ground floor, there will be condominium rooms, recreational rooms, study rooms, and a gym. Scheduled
for completion in September 2020, this residence will accommodate a maximum of 385 residents from the city’s student community.
The second contract concerns the construction of a luxury apartment development in Warsaw for Echo Investment – the Warzelnia Building E – by studio JEMS Architects.
Located in the historic area of Browary Warszawskie, the birthplace of Warsaw’s industrial development, where beer production in the country began in 1846. The investment called “Warsaw Brewers Icon” is a challenge for MECE, requiring the implementation of non‐standard solutions.
With a total of 76 apartments, this building consists of two underground floors, intended for garages, and nine floors above the ground, with the top two for four penthouses. The ground floor will be occupied by shopping areas with

cooperation with Student Depot for the construction of a student residence in Gdańsk. Student Depot is a network of student residences operating throughout Poland, currently having real estate projects at Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań and Lublin, and, in the near future, in Warsaw and Gdańsk.
The project includes the construction of an eight‐storey building, as well as all the finishings and supply of furniture
