to green areas. To ensure the comfort of each apartment, the areas will include an integrated remote control system for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and façade panels. Inside, noble materials will be used, such as custom‐ made copper accessories. All the frames will be made of aluminium, and the balustrades will be made of fibre‐cement panels, painted and closed under a copper bar.
In addition to this building, the historic buildings in the area – breweries, laboratories and basements – will
also be renovated, meaning we are witnessing the revitalisation of one of the most important European sites for beer lovers.
MECE has recently started work on two new contracts, the first of which is the result of a cooperation with Student Depot for the construction
of a student residence in Gdańsk. The second contract concerns the construction
of a luxury apartment development in Warsaw.
