Manvia is performing the maintenance of the technical installations of two of the largest Sonae Sierra shopping centres in the Lisbon Region: the Vasco da Gama Centre and Cascais Shopping.
These centres have a total surface area of 396,543 m2, including car parking and 364 shops.
The provision of services includes
the entire building, ensuring the
full maintenance of the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water and sewage networks, plus support to the shopping centre administration in regard to
the supervision, monitoring and management/handling of works in shops, technical audits in shops, acquisition
of materials and the management of stocks, support in the programming
and monitoring of major works and improvements on the building.
