T he “360@Manvia” is underway. This programme
of visits to the Manvia contract sites by multidisciplinary teams from the different operational areas, led by
the administration, is designed to promote knowledge sharing in the organisation.
These visits were designed to follow
the teams and contracts in an operational context, involving the active participation of the clients.
The first contract visited was the Belém Cultural Centre (Centro Cultural de Belém – CCB), where Manvia has been
working since 2015 and currently provides maintenance services for the mechanical and electrical installations.
Pedro Vieira Neves, director of Manvia, accompanied by representatives of the areas of Buildings, Human Resources and Quality, Environment and Safety
of the company, highlighted the importance of this type of initiative in reinforcing the trust and strengthening the ties between Manvia and its partners. As he pointed out, “This informal action was carried out to get to know the theatre of operations and to better understand what is done under the contracts, and how it is done, while
at the same time, we invite our clients to give their feedback, in a very important exchange of experiences.”
Pedro Vieira Neves’s assessment of the action was highly positive, in that, “We all left a little wiser and better informed about Manvia’s operations, specifically in understanding the needs and all the work that goes on behind a contract.”
And in this case, which is a highly demanding contract, seeing that the CCB is one of the most symbolic and visited buildings in Lisbon, Manvia remains firmly committed to performing good work, which has been recognised
