MANVIA AIMS TO PROVIDE MAXIMUM COMFORT WITH OPTIMISED COSTS.
This is yet another important contract with a key customer that recognises Manvia as
a partner that offers a range of specialised services,
and which is dedicated and faithful to its commitments to guarantee excellence.
Manvia is the company responsible for
the management and maintenance of the buildings of the company group comprising REN – Rede Elétrica Nacional, S.A.,
REN Gasodutos, S.A. and REN Portgás
Distribuição, S.A., with the aim of providing maximum comfort whilst optimising costs.
REN, whose head office is in Lisbon, manages the main transportation infrastructures for electricity and natural gas, with teams throughout all mainland Portugal.
Manvia provides services in 12 REN buildings, including the head office and the following sites: Sacavém, Ermesinde, Vermoim, Bucelas, Pombal and Sandim, Riba de Ave and Linhas de Torres.
The services include the handling and operation of the infrastructures and
buildings; preventive maintenance; maintenance management; corrective management or emergency interventions; miscellaneous works; reports on interventions, information and management; programming
and preparation of works; technical support and cleaning of technical spaces and specialised interventions.
