MILLENNIUM BCP BUILDINGS
WITH MANVIA MAINTENANCE
18 Millennium BCP buildings, since the beginning of 2019.
Since the beginning of 2019, Manvia has been performing preventive and corrective maintenance and technical assistance to 18 Millennium BCP buildings, with the responsibility of optimising the conditions for their use, preserving their good state of repair, and ensuring the durability of the systems and technical equipment of the installations.
With a total surface area of 139,444 m2, Palácio Atlântico and Edifício Gonçalo
Sampaio in the north, the buildings
in Rua Augusta, Palma de Baixo, Av. João Crisóstomo and TagusPark in the south are subject to HVAC maintenance, including electrical installations, water and sewage, centralised technical management and civil construction.
Millennium BCP is the largest private Portuguese bank, with a key position
in the country’s financial market and a significant banking distribution network, consisting of 527 branches.

FNAC’S ENERGY CERTIFICATION AND AUDITING PROVIDED BY MANVIA
Manvia is responsible for preparing the energy certificates for 25 FNAC shops throughout the country.
Through its Department of Energy and Engineering, Manvia is the company responsible for issuing the energy certificates of 25 FNAC shops throughout Portugal.
Manvia won the competition in
the tender to guarantee the energy certification and auditing of 25 FNAC shops, from the Minho to the Algarve. Overall, the buildings to be audited and certified under the ECS (Energy Certification System) comprise a total area greater than 50,000 m2.
The provision of services consists of
the carrying out of Energy Audits in FNAC shops, for the purpose of issuing the corresponding Energy Certificates. The intention is also to identify energy improvement measures and the subsequent calculation of the periods of return on investments on the systems analysed.
The energy efficiency of the buildings is not only reflected in the effectiveness of the energy certification system, but also in the diagnosis of the solutions with a
practical application capable of reducing costs, sometimes representing truly significant savings, which is Manvia’s determining factor for its operations in this domain.
