T he work on the construction of the viaduct connecting
Camama to Av. Pedro de Castro Van‐Dúnem “Loy” was completed in nine months, and the inauguration ceremony was attended by João Lourenço, President of the Republic of Angola. The ceremony was also attended by Manuel Tavares de Almeida, Minister of Construction
and Public Works, and other members
of the Angolan Government and of the directorate of the Angolan Roads Institute. Representing Mota‐Engil Angola was Francisco Franca, the CEO
of the company, alongside other company representatives.
The construction of this project employed more than 152 people and was integrated within the scope of the Special Programme of Public Works for
