the Group’s overall business strategy, as it aims to support and strengthen internationalisation – extending the standardisation of business processes – and enables the implementation
of a unified information system that supports the processes of the different businesses in the same platform, in a continuous streamlining process of the systems architecture.
The transition to this new ERP information system will necessarily have an impact on how people perform their daily tasks and, therefore, the team responsible for the NEXT4ME project has reinforced the communication plan. In order
to facilitate this change, the project developed a strategy, which involves maintaining the current system’s appearance as much as possible, in
order to accelerate the adoption of the new one, leaving innovation and changes to the processes for a later phase insofar as possible.
The adoption of the new S/4 HANA system will enable to provide
a robust base to the information systems, which allows us
to continue taking advantage of the technological innovations, in line with our digital strategy.
